Reservation agreements require a $50,000 refundable deposit. To go under a purchase agreement with the builder – when the house is almost ready to be built – you must deposit the remainder of the 30% of the property’s full price. When the construction is finished, you’ll either finance or pay the remaining balance.
Yes. It does not matter if you’re a citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or alien. Lenders can evaluate the incomes you earn in your country of origin.
If you’re a U.S. permanent resident, you may be able to finance more than 90%. If you’re an alien, lenders offer foreign-national programs that allow you to finance 65% to 80% of the property’s total price. The amenities are included in the HOA fee. You do not have to pay it separately. There will relaxing spaces, a resort-style pool, playground, cabana, lazy river, and gym.
The current predicted cost of the HOA fee is $306 per month. It includes maintenance grounds, landscaping, and clubhouse access.
Yes. Visitors will have to go through a guard house to access the community.
It’s not exact yet since the second phase of the community is being planned permitted and the third phase is being planned. The final count should be around 470. It may look like too many units, but it’s actually a small resort community for only a few fortunate clients. The most famous resort communities in the Orlando area feature something around 800 to 3,000 homes.
